Privacy

Your data, plainly

This is the short version: I collect your name, email, and what you asked for. I use it to send what you asked for and reply to you. I do not sell your data, and I do not share it with anyone for marketing.

The longer version is below for anyone who wants the detail.

What I collect and where

When you fill out the booking form at christianjackson.me/book, I collect your name, email, organization, and the details you share about your event.

When you fill out a post-event resource form at christianjackson.me/event/[slug], I collect your name, email, the resources you asked for, any custom requests, and your answers to the questions on the form.

If you reply to one of my emails, I keep that reply alongside the rest of your record so I can write back with context.

How I use it

I use the information you give me to:

  • Send the resources you asked for.
  • Reply to booking inquiries.
  • Send some short follow-ups if you asked for the AI Readiness Self-Assessment, so we can find a time to meet.
  • Understand what is landing with audiences so I can send the right things to the right people.

What I do not do

I do not sell your data. I do not share it with anyone for marketing. I do not run analytics or third-party cookies on this site. I do not subscribe you to anything you did not opt into.

Email tracking

The emails I send go through Resend, which can track when an email is opened and which links are clicked. I look at that to see what is resonating, not to build a profile of you.

If you want to opt out of open tracking on your end, most email clients let you block remote images. Click tracking happens at the link level. There is no way to opt out of click tracking other than not clicking the link.

How to opt out

If you would rather not hear from me again, the fastest options:

Retention

I keep form responses and email history while it is actively useful for the engagement, for learning and growing from provided feedback, and context on future conversations. If you ask me to delete it sooner, I will.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I have, correct it, or delete it. Email christian@christianjackson.me and I will respond, with my aim to reply within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale or sharing of your data. Same instructions: email me. (Again, I do not sell or share for cross-context advertising, so the opt-out is moot, but your right to ask is real!)

Third parties

A few services process your data on my behalf:

  • Resend handles outbound and inbound email.
  • Railway hosts the site and the database where form responses live.
  • Cloudflare handles DNS and email routing.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. They are bound to process data only as instructed.

Updates

Last updated April 26, 2026.

If I make material changes to how I use your data, I will post the update here. If a change affects something you already shared with me, I will email you.
